We begin coordination services one month prior to your wedding date but we encourage you to inquire with us as soon as you are ready in order for us to hold your date.
Complimentary First Consultation
Coordinate with vendors 2 weeks prior to event
Detailed day of timeline and event management schedule for vendors and bridal party
Attend final vendor meetings, venue, DJ, ceremony musicians, caterer, officiant, etc.
Rehearsal coordination
On site coordination day of event
Set up of linens, décor, centerpieces, favors, etc., as needed
Assist staff at ceremony and reception locations
Gather and return your personal items
Unlimited email communication prior to the wedding day
Direction of the bridal party throughout the wedding day
Onsite management and coordination of all wedding vendors
Meet with the reception musicians to discuss the flow and order of the reception
Hold a final meeting the week of the wedding to discuss the wedding day timeline
Collect all of the items for the wedding before the big day
